I have been in a trust deed since sept/oct and have not missed any payment, however this month has been a nightmare due to my itunes account being hacked and the bank cancelling every dd which resulted in charges etc.

are you able to miss a month of ur trust deed and extend it a month at the end as i dont think ill manage the full payment this month?

Yes, I had to miss a month when my washing machine broke and I needed to replace it.

Best thing to do is contact your Trustee and explain what's happened. If they are a nice as my guys are it shouldn't be a problem. You will just be extended for 1 extra month.

Hi inahole.

Good advice from ScotsLad again.

Your Trustee has some discretion in this area. Assuming you can demonstrate the reason for the difficulty that you are having I'd hope that this shouldn't be a major issue for you at all.

Best to get in touch with your contact at your trust deed provider.
