sorry to ask another question but, I,ve just realised I need to send letters to the relevent credit card companies to inform them I,m now discharged from my trust deed.

Is there any specific address of each bank to to send these to eg: departments of the banks?

on looking through all the banks I need to write to there are no specific addresses for this kind of admin.

thanks in advance.

Hi again.

You shouldn't normally need to write to all of them.

Are there any default notices not marked as being satisfied or partially satisfied?

Hi thanks for replying.

Yes there are 4 still marked as default but the same company has satisfied one already.?

The 3 credit scoring companies are showing different things so it's who to go with first to try to clear up my credit scoring. One is showing my mortgage is in default which it is not and another is showing mortgage as satisfied ?

so confusing..

Different lenders use different credit reference agencies to obtain information about credit applicants. If rebuilding your access to credit is very important to you you'd really want to ensure that all of the credit reference agencies are showing accurate current information.
