past few years i was getting letters from this company about claiming ppi sent them an email told them i don't want to claim now i got an email saying thank you for your enquiry your one step away from claiming don't seem to listen

Hi jojo93.
I'd suggest contacting them and requiring them to remove all of your personal information from their systems and records.
