I had a trustdeed with a company who then seemed to pass it over to another company i was paying them each month and an unfortunate sequence of events meant I moved address, broke my phone and lost all my numbers ect, I changed banks aswell. I had a number for the company that I found on the internet but could never get a hold of anyone. I have not made a payment to them for over 6 months and have not heard from them in this time (due to change in address i assume)I am worried incase my wages are arrested ect and I really just want to work something out so that I can start paying off my debts again.

Hi larryg and welcome to the forum.

Under the Trust Deed you have an obligation to keep your Trustee informed of any change in your circumstances i.e. change of address, contact details and even bank account details etc.

Depending on what you signed your Trustee may be able to apply for a wage arrestment/salary assignation easily or may not.

You really need to contact your Trustee as soon as possible to discuss things with them. It might be possible to recommence with your monthly payments and get your Trust Deed back on track. Are you in a position financially to recommence with your monthly payments?

Hello larryg.

It really is vital that you contact the company ASAP.

If you cannot get through by telephone I'd suggest that you write to them urgently.
