Regarding a PPI claim and my trustee wanting to re open my trust deed to give the money to my creditors, I was told to lodge answers to the court if I opposed. I done this but the court have said my response isn't in the correct format and now I'm totally lost on what I'm expecting to reply back. Can anyone who has been in the same situation help me with this? I was hoping to go down to the court today to pay my fee and hand the letter in.
Hi AJ26,
Unfortunately this isn't something which I'm qualified to give advice in and therefore can't be much help.
You are best to seek legal advice from a Solicitor or depending on the area you live you may be able to speak with a free Law Centre that could help.
Other people on the forum may be able to share their experiences with you regarding so this may help.

Hi AJ26.
I'm afraid I'm neither trained nor qualified to provide legal advice.
Hopefully another forum member might be able to share their personal experience with you if they've done the same thing.
That's no substitute for you obtaining your own legal advice if you can though.
