Hi, thnaks for your reply,lorryjo1983, yes they have sent forms for PPi we have sent them back but as yet nothing back. I just get a bit frightened by all this. Just want to be discharged and start living our lives again, so that maybe my wages wil be ours again. If I have the strenght to phone them I get home from work today. It is a great comfort that there are people out there who have been there and are able to pass on their tips, advise and help.[:)]

Thanks Craigie, my TD was dated Feb 2007 so hopefully Feb 2013 it'll be gone!

LorraineK, I know what you mean with the worry. It's not ideal but there are so many people in the same boat these days and the majority go into trust deeds through no fault of their own. I had taken stuff out when my father was diagnosed with a benign brain tumour and had to stop work. Him and my mum had almost nothing as he was the main wage earner. He wasn't entitled to benefit even although he went partially sighted with the treatment. I took out a loan to lend them some money and then my problems began. Robbing Peter to pay Paul. I was so happy to help my family but at the same time I wasn't sleeping at night thinking how I was going to pay that and all the other commitments I had for myself. Try not to worry but I think it's the PPI thing that's holding your papers up. Not long after me my mum had to go into a trust deed too and her's finished a year ago and as I said still no papers...
