Hi there
my partner has a trust deed and we are thinking about living together, and then getting married.
In the short term we will have our own houses and live between the 2, but eventually living together full time. She is worried about telling trust deed as she is concerned they will look at our joint income and also that she is living between 2 houses. my opinion is well dont tell them until we know what we are doing. She is worried if they find out she will be done for fraud.
Is this the case? can she be done for fraud, or will it be a case that they will just back date any additional money?
If and when we get married would my income be taken into account to pay back the debt that she had prior to us being together? or will it only take into account her earnings after shared costs?
Thanks

I can't see any issue (at this time) in your partner continuing to use the address where she is, presumably, continuing to pay all of the bills.
Getting married isn't an issue here, it's more that you begin to live in a single house with shared bills (whether married or not). She should certainly inform her trustee if and when this happens.
Her contribution to the trust deed should be reviewed at this time, and will be based upon her income minus her fair share of any joint bills and her other reasonable expenditure.
