Hi can anybody tell me when applying for Lila sequestration is dla for my son included in the earnings? What about carers allowance?

No I do not work but see there is a rough amount of money for Lila and between benefits dla and maintenance I get more than that amount

Hi again.
The following is a quote from our LILA page:
"If you receive working tax credits, income support or income-based jobseekers allowance you will automatically meet the income access criteria."
Do you receive any of these? If you do it will not matter if your income is above the set threshold.

I receive income support but worried that because all other benefits etc I'd b declined
