got a letter today from simpsonmcgregor no idea if anyone else has received one but no website that I can fins but letter says you were in a trust deed and due to court case you may be due a refund haha don't think so unless some one can tell me diff I 99% certain its a scam

I believe this is a scam. There is no such court case.

Hi there, I also received this letter and stupidly called them up. I’ve just read this and now have major anxiety at what I’ve just done. They asked me all my previous debts with companies etc and said their team would deal with it, once they had a response I would receive correspondence and either get them to deal with my claim or do it mysef. I’m now sick with worry. Anyone help?

Hi Vicnurse,
Did you sign any paperwork giving them authority to contact your lenders? If not then I can’t see how they could contact your lenders on your behalf.
Just call them back and tell them you don’t require their help any longer and to close your case.
I don’t think you have anything to much to worry about.
