Having made a complaint over a couple of things im not happy with regarding my trust deed, i have been awaiting a reply from the manager at wilson andrews. I had been waiting for a week so decided to call today as i have been very stressed over the situation. I spoke to the manager who has spoken to the trustee but in his opinion it doesn't seem to have made any difference. A letter is on its way in the post but basically none of my complaints have been dealt with. Can i take it further and if so were can i go for help. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi anniefun.

The advice here has always been to give the Trustee the opportunity to deal with a formal complaint first.

If no response is forthcoming, or you are unhappy with the response, the next step would be to complain to their professional body. You should find details of the relevant body in the footer of the letters that are sent to you by your trust deed company.

I do hope that this will not be necessary but this route is available to you if required.

Thanks trustdeed assistant,
i really didn't think i would have to take things further as i do feel my complaints are completeley justified. I really dont understand it and it is making me very unwell and stressed. What would happen if i take things further would i be put off my trust deed after coming all this way. thanks again for all your help.

Hi anniefun.

It's your right to make a complaint should you consider it to be justified.

As you and Wilson Andrews appear to disagree strongly on certain things, and they dont look as though they're about to be resolved, having a third party look at the situation might be no bad thing for all involved.
