Made my last payment at the end of April towards my Trust Deed.
What happens next? Do I contact them or do they get in touch with me?

If you had concluded all payments in accordance with your trust deed, you are entitled to receive a Form 5 discharge.
I would contact them to confirm that all payments have been received and if that is the case, confirm that its ok to cancel your standing order / direct debit and request From 5 certificate of discharge.
Once the administration of the trust deed has concluded, the trustee would then proceed to pay creditors and to close off the trust deed at their end. There is a time delay from when you receive your discharge and when the trustee receives theirs.
