Finally after 3 years I made my last payment at the end of last month. It was a milestone to reach this, the last year has been particularly hard but I made it. I am now waiting on the magic Form 5 to come and will really feel that it is over once it arrives and I have it in black and white that my TD is done. I had spoken to my trust deed firm and was told that it would be 3 to 4 weeks for receipt of the Form 5 and having had no problems with my firm over the 3 years hopefully will be able to post again once I have it. Can I say that although I have not posted often on the site I have been a regular visitor as I found information here on the various stages of the TD process and much encouragement when things got tough and I was feeling a bit overwhelmed.
