So after weeks of trying to get in touch with them THEY finally got in touch with me. There was a quick review and then she told me that I'd be finished in January and discharge depends on individual circumstances. That was fine then the PPI issue came up they said the only delay would be depending on that. Now, I just can't get my head around this! I signed a PTD for 36 months that ends in January...so why do they think after the fact that they are entitled to my PPI (which I don't think I was mis-sold) if indeed they do try to claim it back? It's so frustrating. I've hated this experience from the start and now that I'm getting to the end of it I'm just beginning to feel that, what should be a fresh start for me, is going to be drawn out even longer. Is 36 months of my life not enough of my time and money to have taken?
