I have over a year to go on my TD. Had a phone call from KPMG today saying they want to look into PPI now. Always a bit unnerving hearing from them on the phone (especially when it's a voicemail and they just leave a message saying please get in touch) but reassuring that they are seemingly organised enough to do this now rather than waiting till the end which is what a lot of people have had issues with in the past.

Time will tell if it all happens the way it should but they couldn't have been nicer on the phone.

Just nice to have a positive KPMG experience as I know a lot of people don't!

Glad that's over with....

That's certainly good to hear upstream.

If a trust deed provider doesn't feel able to discharge clients until PPI claims are completed it seems sensible to start them as early as possible.
