Just a quick question. KPMG have asked for all my previous Loans, Credit Cards, Store cards details etc to try and get money back from PPI claims.

If there is any money they can claim back i deem it unfair of them to then take the same amount of money from me each month.

To date they have not contacted me to let me know how there claims are getting on.

Anyone else had this problem.

Hi lee1974.

Your monthly contributions are based upon affordability. It's unconnected to any assets like the potential for PPI claims.

All trust deed providers are expected, by their regulators, to investigate whether PPI claims could help to recover more for their client's creditors.

I think you are best to keep on top of this and assist as much/quickly as possible. a friend of mine suffered a real delay in getting discharged from this same company were awaiting outcome of PPI investigations which they did not start until a few months before the end of the trust deed. Good luck.
