Having had a peruse through some of the posts on here, it's reassuring to read that I'm not the only one having issues with KPMG!

I am finding it impossible to get them to acknowledge any correspondence or get an answer from them on the phone, one letter I sent to them recorded delivery, was answered 4 months later! At my second review, my wife and I sent our forms in together, she got a letter saying they were disappointed that she hadnt returned hers in the prescribed timescales, when in fact we did, we treat it as a priority when they request any information. When I eventually got through on the phone, they did manage to locate it!

Our circumstances changed at the beginning of this year/ end of last year when our second son was born, I changed job and our child tax credits stopped. I have written to them several times, providing them with new payslips, documentary evidence of the birth of our son and the cessation of our tax credits. I received one letter asking me to amend the attached income/expenditure form, but no form was included, when I spoke to them on the phone regarding my wife's review they said they would send one out again, but never have.

Their customer service is incredibly poor, I would imagine that most people they deal with find themselves in a similar position to myself where circumstances beyond their control have led them to this situation, and it is incredibly stressful and I just want to make sure that I am doing everything right, it wouldn't hurt them to answer letters and calls and perhaps show a little more empathy towards us!
