Can anyone tell me how they go from now with regards to getting near the end of the PTD?
I have 8 payments remaining, have had 2 reviews in December last year and the previous year.
Do I get another review, an how quick is my discharge likely to be?
Once my final payment is made Is that it effectively done and dusted?

Hi Twothirdsin.
Hopefully someone that is further through the process with your firm will be able to provide you with further information on this.
It does sound likely that there will be another review towards the end (assuming your trust deed is due to run three years?).
Has the process of trying to reclaim any PPI you may have been missold in the past begun yet? That's a potential source of delay in the future if it hasn't.
Once you have completed your commitments to the trust deed your trustee should move towards discharging you. This is a formal process that you should be notified of. You will be able to check for updates of the status also on the "insolvency register" that you can access via the Accountant in Bankruptcy's website.

Thanks for that, yeah a couple of months ago the ppi forms came through
But I only ever had it on one loan and that was claimed back before the PTD
Started.
It is a 3 year deed. I was asking about a review as my pay may increase slightly by the end of
The year, but obviously I don't want to pay longer than the 3 years!
