Following on from my last post, My egg debt is now owned by a group called 'Arrow'.
It turns out that the account will be administered by a company called 'IVA Watch'.

The name 'IVA Watch' conjures up all sorts of negative images in my head about them requesting bank details, and auditing my expenses in a slightly less favourable way than my TDC.

As ever, I'm seeking reassurance that their role is purely administrative, and they won't be nosing around in my personal affairs!!

Hi amorphous.

I know little about "IVA Watch" and a web-search hasn't revealed much extra.

I reckon they'd be more interested in the fees being charged by a Trustee rather than anything to do with your circumstances though. I don't think you have anything at all to be worried about given the protection that your trust deed grants you and the services you are paying your Trustee to deliver.

I wonder if Mark, Kevin or Shona have ever come into contact with IVA Watch and can share some more information?
