I finalised my Trust Deed in 2008, protected from Nov. 2004, and all debts that were on my credit report have now been removed apart from one.
Ikano Financal Services is still on my credit report causing my rating to go down as all other sections on my credit are good or excellent. When my trust deed was finalised Ikano sent out debt recovery letters and threatened court action even though they were linked to my trust deed. I sent out copies of my trust deed to the debt recovery agents and they took no further action. Issue is Ikano have put the settlement date as 2009 when they sent out letters from the debt recovery agents. If by Scottish law they were bound as like me by the Trust Deed agreement and the debt was settled in 2004 like all the others should that not reflect this on my credit report?. Any help would be much appreciated.
Hi boab77 and welcome to the trust deed forum.
You are correct, following a trust deed you're entitled to having a credit record that reflects the reality of the situation. Have a read of the following page for more detail on this:

The first step is to formally request that Ikano Financial Services update your credit file. As you've already tried this you may wish to use their complaints process.
If that fails approach the Information Commissioner. They expect, amongst other things, that creditors ensure credit reporting information is accurate (under data protection principles).
