Hi all just to let you know I am still fighting my corner , a bit battered and bruised but refusing to give up .

Seems my Trustee has asked the IPA for more time to submit a reply , and they have granted him more time, yet again adding months on to things . Are these stalling tactics in the hope I will just give up ? , he has also not replied to the ombudsman and guess what ?, they have given him another 12 weeks to reply , on top of the original 8 weeks so 5 months to get even a simple answer !! , about time wee Eck shook the system up and named and shamed firms and trustee's who are clearly MILKING THE SYSTEM FOR FEE'S .

Hi pinalta.

Have you been given any feedback about why your trustee has requested more time?
