Hi
I have managed to raise a bit of money from family to allow me to make a contribution towards my outstanding equity . I will be around 5000 short of the required amount . By the time they take of sale costs etc I estimate I may be 2000 short .
Do you think they would accept this proposal ?

Hello goneunder.

You've obviously been able to raise a significant sum.

I can only really advise you to write to your trustee explaining how much you can raise, what the source of funds is, and by when you can make these funds available.

Good luck and please let us know how your trustee responds.

All I can say goneunder is that your trustee will be minded to do what's in the best interests of your creditors.

If this is the best deal on the table for them, you have a chance of a positive response.
