I am being asked if I have a CCJ against me therefore should i say yes?
Am not sure whether a Trust Deed is same as a CCJ.
Please advise.

Hi cooler.
A CCJ stands for a "county court judgment". This is a legal action to attempt to recover debt in other parts of the UK.
It's very different from a trust deed.
