Fed up of being treated like a mushroom , when this is decided individuals had better run for cover .

That makes interesting reading TDA. Given the time scale and lack of information by the IPA in my case , they have a lot of explaing to do.Clearly they have failed on many points.

Given matters of a more serious nature are refered to the tribunal stage , makes me wonder what they have found , over 3 years on I know nothing.

I think section 5.3 and 5.5 apply to me directly and recommendation 2 , given the times my ex trustees actions have caused a arguement and I have come home to my wife in tears due to him threatning to evict her and take her to court , I have lost count .

All should be clear by the end of next month and I will up date you then, thank you to the site for providing help and support and I hope my story might help others.
