Well the IPA are ignoring me 3 dead lines for getting back to me have passed and emails not replied to for 3 weeks . Investigation team always seem to be out of office , on sick leave in a meeting etc [:p].

I can honestly say that the manner in which my complaint has been dealt with is a disgrace and I am the one who pays for it in every s?®ance of the words . 14 months on and just a few e mails and letters this regulatory body needs to earn its pay packet each month , in the words of the trades description act 1984 , this regulatory body IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AND GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED ARE DEFECTIVE AND NOT AS DESCRIBED .[V]

Just a quick thought , who regulates the regulatory bodies ? , its obvious the IPA are a bunch of chocolate fire guards with nice salaries . Even the head honcho , will not reply to me directly but hides behind lachies , who in turn do not reply or give an update , even though they state the time scale . They even break their own rules regarding response times to e mails , must be a hell of an overtime bonus for my advisor as she always seems to be in a meeting , though that would explain why she is out for lunch instead of taking something from home . Stats show most food poisoning is caused by bad handling of food and lack of temperature controls (HACCP) so that might explain sickness and just went to use the WC for 8 hours .

Hi pinalta.

The insolvency regulators are subject to political scrutiny.

If they were viewed as being ineffective that's where I'd see change coming from.
