Hello I was released from my trust deed after 4 years in Nov 2013. I have just been made aware that Invocas have been sent a PPI from a company which was meant for me. Can I complain re this since it is now 2015 ???????

Hi LiviLad.

Who do you intend to complain about?

If your trustee remains in office they'll be entitled to use this money to help repay your creditors.

If they've been discharged from your trust deed they'll likely return the funds to the people that issued the payment or forward it to you.

Do you know that your trustee has been discharged?

I am not sure if they have been discharged. How would I go about finding this out ? I assumed after my last contact with them it was all over.

Have a look on the Register of Insolvencies, available via the Accountant in Bankruptcy's website.

Your entry would normally remain on there for a year after your trustee is discharged.
