Hi, I finished my trust deed a year ago, can you advise how long i will remain on the insolvency register please and do i automatically come off or is there something i need to do?
Any assistance appreciated

Hi jimbob,
You'll automatically come off the register one year after your trustee was discharged.
Your trustee's discharge date is available on your register of insolvencies record.
