This forum is here, in part, to help individuals who are concerned about aspects of how their trust deed is being run.
As you've identified, where a complaint cannot be resolved with the trust deed company directly the next contact point is the regulator of the individual Trustee involved (which will often be ICAS).
While we're comfortable with the forum being available to any individual who is worried about their trust deed, we aren't comfortable with it being used as the focal point for an orchestrated attempt to widen the issue.
As such I wish you well with your personal situation, but I'm going to lock this thread now.
