Good Evening I am in my final year of my trust deed and have recently been served a inhibition order raised by one of my creditors named in my trust deed, my query is is this a legal step a creditor can take when I have made contributions over the past 4 years

Hi Alexander P and welcome to the forum.

Iโ€™d send this letter onto your Trustee and request that they contact the creditor and advise them of the Trust Deed. This should deal with it for you and itโ€™s not something you need to worry about.
