Good Evening I am in my final year of my trust deed and have recently been served a inhibition order raised by one of my creditors named in my trust deed, my query is is this a legal step a creditor can take when I have made contributions over the past 4 years

Hi Alexander P and welcome to the forum.

I’d send this letter onto your Trustee and request that they contact the creditor and advise them of the Trust Deed. This should deal with it for you and it’s not something you need to worry about.
