Hi,

My mother, two sisters and I hold a property together in the form of a trust deed. I would like to purchase my sisters' share in the property to increase my own. I am the only person mentioned on the title of the property. Is there anything I need to consider before doing this or is the process the same as buying another property?

Thanks

Welcome to the forum zeusbeard.

I'm afraid this isn't a question we can help with. The term "trust deed" has a number of meanings.

We cover protected trust deeds, a type of personal insolvency in Scotland. Your question sits outside of our training and knowledge I'm afraid.
