I've just came off the phone with my RM and she is reviewing again. Can you help me here because I am sure I am right about the following point.

When I did the calculation properly with both incomes, based on last year's figures, the disposable income for the two of us is £640. She wants to compromise and increase me from 425 to 525 leaving us a joint disposable income of 115. My point is that the disposable income figure should be partitioned with my husband's not touched? I earn 52% of the income so only £332 of the disposable income is what should be paid in? I'm actually paying more than I could (but I am happy too). She thinks that it is okay to eat into my husband's share of the disposable income because all his bills are already accounted for. Surely this isn't right?

Panic over, she emailed me to say figure will stay the same, but they want proof of some outgoings.
