Hi, this is a question for the readers of this forum that were transferred to Credit fix from PJG last year. Have any of you had a request to complete an Income and Expenditure form yet? I am a bit anxious as I contacted them in April about it and they said I would get one in September. This is now the middle of December and I still haven't been sent one.

From my perspective, I don't think that you need to feel anxious about this.
It's your responsibility to let them know if anything significant has changed with your income and expenditure - but if this hasn't happened it's really not your problem how and when your new trustee chooses to schedule their review process.
Hi Lisa, I'm the same boat,trust deed was transferred over to creditfix and I'm in the same position as you, I have never had a review since being transferred over, I emailed them asking about a change in circumstance that might mean a slight increase in payment, they said it would be done at my next review but still waiting and that was from January,
Hi Worried dad, similar position as my self. My concern is that if they leave it too long, that small increase might mean an month or two months extension to my trust deed. I have emailed them details but still not had a reply. TDA, reading this forum regularly one cannot help be anxious...

I can understand that Lisa.
The nature of forums like this is that they do tend to be used when people are upset or confused by an issue. That can obscure the reality that, for most people most of the time, things are working out just as they expected and hoped they would.
