How to remove credit due on default

while knowing that i have a default on my credit score thing, it still says i am due the money when my trust deed finished a year past june...

i have spoken to credit expire and they have asked the bank to show settled as they have the money. the bank advised i need to write to them myself,

does anyone know of templates i can use as i am not the most articulate person in the world.

any help or links would be much appreciated.
