Hi - I am one of the unfortunate soles that PJG sold over to Creditfix. I have made consecutive payments to PGill for 64 months - with my payments eventually being returned from the Susan Clay closed account in Jan of this year - i made contact with Creditfix - who told me to stop paying the monthly payments until they had the chance to review my file and thought i may be discharged already - they told me to check with AIB which i did. I logged on and could see that the TD was not discharged. Since jan I understand first interim dividend cheques have been sent to my creditors - but i have heard nothing. i tried to log on to AIB again today but can't - i think they have altered how they operate? I have also send an email to Credit fix again today - I am concerned that although i have overpaid on my 5 year TD i am no longer paying - and have no proof i was told this. any advice grateful - i am so near but yet so far - and very worried about the next step - whatever that may be?

Hi Goshnearlythere.

You don't need to sign-on to access the Register of Insolvencies any longer.

Just click the line that says "Search Moratoriums, Trust Deeds, or Insolvencies Cases" then you'll be able to search for your details.

Why not take another visit and check the status shown there?

I received my form 5 in Feb but still no discharge date showing on AIB. Waiting is the worst. I'm anxious for closure.

Thanks TDA - I have done so and no sign of any discharge - I have however managed to make contact with Creditfix today and they are calling me to discuss tomorrow - here's hoping this will take me a step further towards the end of my TD
