I'm really sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your trust deed company.

Not the news that you will want to hear, but I'm afraid that once you have signed a trust deed there is no way to switch to a new company.

For other readers I think JON2710's post adds weight to a point that is made on this forum time after time. Choosing a trust deed company is an extremely important decision and deserves careful thought and research. The evidence from this forum is that there are many trust deed companies that do a good job, but some receive consistently bad service feedback here. That's a worrying prospect when they'll be supervising your financial affairs for three years and there is no way out once the trust deed has been signed.

From previous years we know that January is a time that many people face up to difficult and sometimes painful financial problems. If that applies to you we'd strongly recommend that you still take the time to find the best trust deed company for you rather than taking the first offer of help (no matter how difficult things might currently seem).
