Hi all, my husband and I paid our last trust deed payments middle of May but had equity to pay middle of June (which has been paid in full), how long until the discharge letters come through?

Hi cbarcl.
It will normally take a few weeks from the final payment you recently made. Might be worth calling your trust deed provider for an update and an estimate on this.

Welcome to the trust deed forum David1962.
It sounds as though you have probably completed your trust deed unless you have any equity responsibilities, signed a trust deed lasting longer than three years, have missed any payments, or there are any other unresolved issues.
As there are a number of variables you should contact the trust deed provider and confirm the situation with them. Hopefully you'll find that you're finished and your discharge will follow soon. I do hope that this is the case and, assuming all is OK, we offer our congratulations to you on completing your trust deed.
