As the Mark, Kevin and Julie have written in this forum before, it should only take a few weeks to bring a trust deed to closure once the final payment has been made.

An exception to this would apply if there were extra matters to deal with, for example the release of equity.

The policy of this site isn't to encourage the making of complaints unless there is good reason for this to happen. We do however think that people should be treated fairly and that what they are told will happen should then happen.

Trust deed companies have to deal with complaints in a formal manner and therefore, if you feel you are being dealt with unfairly (which would be understandable), a complaint might help to focus minds on getting matters processed to bring a formal end to your trust deed.

hi tda, thanks for your quick response, its just it seems 2 be taking forever, the only reason its still being ongoing is that they claimed ppi, equity was never an issue so its not that thats holding things up, i'm just really frustrated that nothings happening, this was passed for the manager to sign off 4 weeks ago!! Its still not been done, i appreciate that they are very busy people, but what they forget is that its my life they dealing with, nobody seems in any rush by any means, sorry if it feels like i'm ranting but really frustrated!!, I know its 2 weeks from when the letter goes out to the credit companies, but is it more than just a signature thats to be done before this letter goes out? Its never-ending x
