As i've said in previous posts my trust deed was protected in the beginning of Oct and I am still getting calls from debt collection agencies for my two creditors despite me actually speaking to them myself and my Trustee speaking to them. How long can i expect this to last and at what point is it considered harrassment?
Fed up restating same information over n over n over..
I didn't expect it to totally stop but we are now 4 months into the protected status . Does it ever end?????

Apologies if you've already done this Amerififer, but perhaps it's time to post off some formal letters of complaint?
If it's debt collection agencies (rather than the original lenders) doing this, complain as well to the original lender. They're responsible for the behaviour and conduct of any DCA they employ.
