Hi,
I am sick of this TD carry on I signed my trust deed in October 2014 went active December . As some of you already know my case with my local council not allowing all council tax to be included . I had from dec till march to pay £900 odd to the council which was not possible . TD said they wouldn't take any payment from me will march . its now june still nothing taken off me I contacted Wilson Andrews and they are clueless told me to send them in my sick note as im off work just now with a knee injury and that's it . Nothing else been done im behind on council tax the £900 odd and from April till now on this years tax! I am on sick pay since march so cant afford anything I have told Wilson Andrews this but they aint helping ! I just want out of this TD as they are not doing anything to help and I would rather sort out my debts myself now as they are just mounting up and not getting anywhere ! How do I go about doing this ? As far as im concerned Wilson Andrews have failed me on so many levels so I want the TD canceled .
Hi Jml1983.
This will not be the answer you want to hear, but only your trustee can release you from the trust deed.
Whether it's leaving the trust deed or finding a way to make it work, you'll be best served by working things through with your trustee as best as you can.
Hi jml1983,
I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties you have faced since taking steps to try and deal with your debts.
Do you know if your Trust Deed has achieved protected status?

Hi Jml1983,
My name is Spencer, I am part of the team at Wilson Andrews. Thank you for your post.
There are two separate things going on here. Firstly, when your Protected Trust Deed started last year we arranged a period of non-payment so that you could clear your council tax arrears that we were unable to include in your arrangement.
The original plan was that, once you had paid off your arrears, you would have started your agreed contributions to your Trust Deed.
Unfortunately you have subsequently suffered a loss of income ÔÇô which you originally thought may be temporary - and been unable to make any contributions to your Trust Deed (or clear your other arrears).
We need to conduct a full review of your circumstances and work with you to establish the best way for you to clear your debts ÔÇô and it may be, as you say, that bankruptcy is the best route forward for you. I am aware that you have spoken to the team here at Wilson Andrews today who have arranged a time when they can start the review process with you.
I hope this helps make things clearer.
