Sorry to post again, but I have been looking at a lot of posts. I currently make monthly payments of ?ú350 to my TD, I may also have some equity in my home. How will the equity be treated upon the 'conclusion' of the 3 year TD period? Will the IP seek to realise the equity and by doing so force me to sell my home and therefore result in my being made homeless?

Hi debrux,

Was the subject of equity not discussed with you before you signed the Trust Deed?

How much equity do you think that there is?

If there is equity there you may wish to speak with your Trust Deed company to find out exactly where you stand in terms of your agreement.
