If I apply for a holiday payment from my mortgage lender,what are the complications with the trust deed,does the TD want the payment or can we use it for a break or to buy some clothes etc

Hi johnd.
This is one of those questions where your trustee has discretion.
I suggest you ask them, and I hope they show some flexibility.
