I've had a PTD since 2018 , which was due to end Nov 2023
I was self employed during the pandemic , close contact services took a hit , I am mobile so no big premises help grants , and found myself unable to pay my TD with no income.
I have had covid twice , one time has affected my energy levels and health long term, finding it had to work as I did. So the point is , during the pandemic I took payment breaks , had to submit my bank statement each month to show I had only benefits as small income
Since then it's being zero'd down each month , after I send in my bank statement etc to them
An advisor called me during COVID first lockdown to say the case officer had looked at my TD and the extra payments missed wouldn't be added on at the end , I didn't get this in email , looking back I should have requested this.. [V][V]
The insolvency company my TD is with is now horrendous , call centre outwith UK , and finding it difficult to get any information or answers in what happens once November 2023 is here
Has anyone else been through this ? And what was the outcome ?
I'm now panicking thinking I'll have the TD until I'm 100 at this rate ๐
