I will also say, as much as I have been critical of steve1984 on a number of issues, I'm really appreciative that he's given his time to tell his story and help to reassure babyd12.
That personal testimony and experience is much more powerful than anything any of the experts here can write on this subject.
Thank you for all the comments and glad to hear people with the same company's as myself had the outcome I am looking for. It does give me a little reassurance that it will be fine however I am still no further forward and don't have an answer yet. Infact creditfix have not been that helpful so far. I called the guy back as requested on Wednesday to be told he doesn't work a Wednesday and a callback request would be made for him to call me Thursday. I heard nothing. Called this morning at 10.30 to be told he is on a break and will call me back, still not heard anything so I called again at 14.30 to be told he is on his lunch and the female told me my paperwork must be wrong as all trust deeds need to have a valuation on their property at the end. I then asked her how they can change my original agreement, I didn't make agreement with them or ask them to take over my trust deed. Surely they should have got a copy of the agreement. She then told me she can't answer any of my questions and she will get the person in charge of my trust deed to call me back after his lunch. I am starting to get rather annoyed as just want confirmation from them that when they receive/check a copy of the paperwork I got at start of trust deed and see for themselves that I am telling the truth and have it in black and white that they are not going to get a second valuation on my property. Just looks to me like the guy is trying his best not to speak to me. I am giving him 1 hour and calling back again so he knows I am not going away.

oh it's ok, he actually called back this time. He managed to find a copy of the original paperwork and can see same as I have so he has now confirmed a 2nd valuation will not be completed and he has now sent my case to the closure team. He said he couldn't give a time on when it would be closed though. Can anyone who were also with creditfix advise how long it took for theirs to be closed and what the actual process is. He just said they will call me to discuss and sent me a letter. Thanks again
