Hi, I have a couple of questions please;
So I was initially paying my trust as agreed but my circumstances changed (had a baby, now work part time) and the amount I pay is significantly reduced but this has just been called a token payment as not the amount originally agreed. I am due to finish paying my trust deed in June and wondered if this will be ok or I may end up having to pay more due to reduced payments over last 3 years? Thanks Hannah.

Hi Hannah83 and welcome to the forum.

I'm very sorry, but I don't think we can answer your question. This is the sort of scenario where the detailed facts of your case are important and your trustee will use their discretion in light of them.

Definitely a question to put directly to your trustee when you can. It's the only way you'll know for sure where you stand.
