My final payment was made today [:)]and to be honest the three years seem to have flown past (this might be due to me being in a happy place today though) so I called Creditfix to make sure that everything was in order.

I spoke to a really helpful rep and explained I was calling to confirm that I was done, only to be told that I still had two more payments to go! and was told not to cancel the payments at this point.

After a bit deliberation we established that this months payment hadn't been included nor the first cash payment I made.was put on hold for a few minutes and he came back saying although my case worker wasn't there he had had discussed it with a colleague and there was nothing to worry about as they had already started the closure process and everything was in order.

It was a worth while phone call.
