Usually following your final review we would confirm your final payment date and timescale for closure.

I sent you an email last week. I have yet to hear back from you.
I have also sent an email to my relationship manger today. As I have still heard nothing since making my final payment some weeks ago.

It would appear that since you guys are no longer making money from me, you are not in a hurry to close my Trust Deed!
