Morning all
I just got three sets of letter and i am confused on what they mean.
in each envelope there two letters wach one from arrow global saying debt owed to global limited assigned by royal bank of scotland plc and then an account number (Which by the way is not my account number for my rbs)
Basically the first page in each letter is idenitical.
The first letter in each are notifying me that RBS have now assigned them respective right and control of the accounts, they say the understand i AM IN A formal insolvency process and we have taken the decision to reassign all our right, totles and instrests in respect of the above referenced account to TTI SPC a specialist of insolvent accounts.
Says please find inclosed notice of assigment from tti spc providing you further details.
The 2nd letter in each envelope again was the same.
Letter head is TTI SPC.
each letter then states one of my old catalogue accounts and said it was assigned to them on the 17th of Fev 2012 and is now being administrated by the insolvency exchange on behalf of tti spc???
then standard information there address and so on.
All three sets of letter are identical apart from the account numbers and its got me all confused.
What do these mean?
have the been sold to another IP?
Or is them preparing to make me bankrupt as soon as my trustee steps down?? since all account number on them are for my catolgues which are the ones that were my highest debts as they were all just under 3000 each and i remember a conversation with my td company before i signed anything saying this maybe problem as they are all owed by shop direct and if they felt i couldnt pay it they may not agree to protected trust deed and could make me bankrupt.
Its Just strange how they are all coming through now this is the first letters ive had in months.
Arghhh so sorry for all the spelling mistakes i'm loaded with the cold and i cant seem to edit the post to correct them without getting and internal error page.
Hi Reidy1982.
Please don't worry, it's common for debts to be assigned (sold) during a trust deed.
When your trust deed ends and you address the debts in a different way the purchaser will be the creditor rather than the original lender.
Sorry about the problem editing the post, it's a quirk in the forum software that users may not be able to edit a post that starts the thread (all other posts can be easily edited). If you'd like I'll edit the spelling later when I'm on a computer rather than using a fiddly smartphone (and probably make my own spelling mistakes instead!).
Hi TD Assistant, its really strange this is the first letter ive ever had since it started and with everything going on with my situation the timing just seemed to be a bit of a coinsedence and i couldn't make head nor tail of the letters really as the first letter said RBS (Which i was never in debt with ) And second part of letter said it was a totally different company name on it but a catalogue number for one of my creditors. Same with the other two.
Rather confusing!
Just got little frazzled when said was being handled by the insolvency exchange.
Thanks.
