I have an uncommon name, and my own entry appears on the third page of results when doing a basic search.

I'm not terribly worried though - I dare say nobody who knows me is likely to type my name into Google just for the hell of it.

I have done what you did and contacted the Gazette - very nice response to my email and they are going to do what they can 🙂 I know that the majority of people wont find their Trust Deed notice appearing in google search results and I think we just may fall into a minority but its a relief to know that it may be sorted. Thanks again for the info 🙂
