Hi jay jay,

when I entered my trust deed I understood that whilst I appointed my trustee they were in actual fact working for my creditors interests. Although I don't spend a lot of time dwelling on it I also know that my trustees is essentially in charge of my financial life and have the right to ask many questions and see many documents. I would not like to be treated rudely but no matter what I would comply and be straightforward with them because this is the price to be paid for past mistakes and a fresh start afterwards. This relationship is not like that of say your utility supplier where you have rights to complain and move to a new supplier. Take some time out because you are only going to hurt yourself. You are on the right path and sooner than you believe this whole process will be a part of your past. Take care.

I think you should just calm down a bit if im honest, these people are here to help you "free of charge" I assume so your best just speaking to your trustee about this and try and solve it in a professional manner.
