Hey guys, been out of my trust deed for over a year and was wondering how long realistically I would need before i could get a mortgage?
any input would be great

There are so many factors involved, of which your trust deed is just one, that it's impossible to provide you with a useful answer.

The main advice would be to get in touch with a mortgage broker that you have reason to trust and run through your circumstances and needs with them.
