When the trust deed was set up it was based on an average earnings as I did a lot of overtime which ended when I was furloughed on 1st April 2020to 80% of my basic salary, I’ve struggled over the last year and a half but managed (just) to make the full monthly settlement after a fall of £400 a month, should this be reviewed I had to make 3 reduced payments.. back full time as of October 2021

Hi Smudge249,

How were you able to keep up the payment after such a significant fall in your income?

There's certainly a case for things to be looked at if you've had to make a few reduced payments as a result of the fall in your income.
